Ch Snowgoose First Love 

(Ch Villarose Chocolate Charmer x Snowgoose Paper Moon)

Known to his friends as Pickle, this lovely boy was owned and bred by Vicki Herrieff and co-owned and handled throughout his show career by Sarah Jackson. His sire was DCC at Crufts 92 and his maternal grandparents both won BOB at Crufts. Grandsire Ch Snowgoose Firebird in '87 and Granddam Ch Snowgoose Exquisite Magic in '81. 

Pickles first introduction to the ring at 6 months was at East of England Championship Show where he qualified for Crufts.  He won his first CC under Dennis Rees at the Maltese Club's Championship Show when he was 10 months of age, his second with BOB at LKA that year from Mary Cox when still under 12 months old. The third CC and his crown was won under Su Lee Tong at the UK Toydog Show, the first show of '93 when he was 13 months old.

He went on to win 27 CC's 20 with BOB and 17 group placings comprising 10 Group 1, 4 Group 2 and 3 other group placings.   He won Best In Show at Blackpool Championship Show and was Reserve Best In Show at five more All Breed Championship shows - Bournemouth, Bath, Southern Counties, Leeds and Birmingham City.

He was Best In Show at the Maltese Club Championship Show in 1994 and finally

Best of Breed and Group 2 at Crufts in 1995

(where he retired at the age of 3.)

No matter how spectacular a show career may be, a dogs value to the breed is not in its crown but the quality of its progeny. Pickle sired 9 British Champions. He was the Dog World Top Stud and also the Our Dogs Top Sire for 1995.  His progeny included:-
